HUNTER SAFETY REQUIREMENTS: Anyone born on or after January 1, 1966 must have and be able to exhibit proof of successful completion of an approved hunter safety course.
Included in our Hunt Fee
Our fee includes riding animal, meals, accommodations, guides, field dressing and delivery of your trophy to the local locker or taxidermist. All hunts are based on actual days spent hunting. Most hunts are based from tent camps on horseback. Arrangements can be made to hunt from the DC Bar Guest Ranch and to stay in cabins.
BOOKING YOUR HUNT
When you book with us, we will want a deposit of $750.00 along with the Wyoming hunting license fee. We will send to you a reservation confirmation, along with a sheet which we will have you fill out that asks for all of the information needed to obtain a Wyoming Big Game license. We will take care of everything for you to get you into the Wyoming draw. When you draw your elk tag, you will be billed to bring the deposit for your hunt up to 50%. The balance is then due on arrival. A Wyoming hunting license is not transferable nor is it refundable. Hunt deposits with us are nonrefundable unless you do not draw a license. (You may want to consider travel insurance.) Hunters who leave deposits on file are locked in at that years rates and get priority for next season.
